Responsibilities
- Identify the business development opportunities
- Develop retention strategies based on market demand
- Define key categories to build and execute weekly/monthly promotion campaign
- Build relationship with merchants and manage their performance
- Work closely with acquisition team to propose retention strategies
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to propose all suggested initiatives and quickly find measures to close the gap
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements
- University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields
- 2+years of experience in the sales/business development, F&B industry background is big plus
- Ability to report and analyze the situation based on data
Personal Qualification:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Spoken and written English skills of conversational level
- Negotiation skills
- Work independently with minimum supervisor
