BE GROUP – Merchant Account Executive (beFood)

  • Identify the business development opportunities 
  • Develop retention strategies based on market demand 
  • Define key categories to build and execute weekly/monthly promotion campaign  
  • Build relationship with merchants and manage their performance 
  • Work closely with acquisition team to propose retention strategies 
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to propose all suggested initiatives and quickly find measures to close the gap 
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager 


  • University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields 
  • 2+years of experience in the sales/business development, F&B industry background is big plus 
  • Ability to report and analyze the situation based on data 

Personal Qualification:  

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills  
  • Spoken and written English skills of conversational level 
  • Negotiation skills 
  • Work independently with minimum supervisor
