Ensuring that the organization‘s legal rights and interests are protected by providing advice and managing the legal risk portfolio in accordance with the organization‘s business goals and strategies.
Job Responsibilities
– Provide support for legal matters and assist in the development of long-term legal strategies.
– Review and revise policies, procedures, and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
– Proactively advise management and relevant stakeholders on legal requirements and potential implications for the company‘s activities.
– Lead the management of legal risks, including potential legal liabilities, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
– Support the resolution of disputes and disputes, including negotiations and court cases.
– Monitor and evaluate legislative, judicial, and regulatory developments and their impact
– Work closely with regulatory authorities to interpret and apply existing financial and e-commerce regulations to business model.
– Develop strategies to navigate regulatory challenges and maintain a compliant business framework.
Job Skills & Qualifications
– Master‘s Degree (MA)/ Bachelor‘s Degree (BSc) in Law or similar relevant field.
– Proficiency in administrative law and procedures.
– Excellent organisational, priority-setting, and time-management skills.
– Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– Fluent in English is an advantage
– Demonstrate integrity and the ability to multitask and work individually or in a team.
