Main Duties:
- Take responsibility for managing partner performance, including partner online hours and partner productivity, to reach departmental targets.
- Ensure partner engagement in app by requesting and co-developing new features/ tools to promote partner online hours in app and improve partners’ performance
- Coordinate with Partner Ops/ Operations Excellence team to navigate supply, maintain operations performance metrics.
- Monitor beCaptain and oversee Captain performance: quantity of online drivers, online hours, trips and compliance following navigating call.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure supply hours daily/weekly/monthly by vertical
- Take responsibility for Operations C/R metric including C/R 2W & C/R 4W
- Improve engagement plan for drivers/cleaners: Online/offline activities, driver benefits, …
- Plan and monitor driver/cleaner segments for keeping driver/cleaner’s retention rate monthly/quarterly/ yearly
- Gather driver/cleaner insights by a multi-channel communication plan beCaptain, be community groups, …
- Able to design call scripts, monitor telesales KPI to deliver results for department targets
