Coordinate with related departments to support CEO in implementing, managing and reporting project progress in different business segments of BE GROUP such as Ride – hailling, Food Delivery, Delivery .. Thereby improving the efficiency of BE GROUP’s business areas

– Manage multiple business projects including project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management
– Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
– Work with Business Intelligence and related departments to synthesize data related to the project in charge to perform analysis to resolve and identify cross-functional issues . Make suggestions on solutions and work with relevant departments to deliver business solutions
– Align with CEO and managers on key priorities related to company growth, customer experience programs, and operations improvement;
– Understand the market to propose the best implementation of initiatives;
– Lead the implementation end to end directly and via the coordination and staffing of key stakeholders;
– Model and measure the success and durability of implementation of programs;
– Keep CEO up to date with the project/resources status, issues, or initiatives

● 3+ years of solid Strategy/ Growth/ Commercial background; preference towards strategy and project management roles in on-demand/ ecommerce industries;
● Preferred degree in business / economics / finance / marketing;
● Excellent project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
● Exceptional data management skills;
● Strong negotiation skills / ability to convince and influence teams;
● Strong ability to investigate problems at hand, dive deep to the root cause of a problem, find systematic gaps, support it with analytical data and finally address the issue;
● Strong listening and judgment skills to make wise decisions in the interest of the company;
● Result oriented, strong commitment to deliver expected outputs;
● Ability to learn and highly adaptive;
● Fluent in English;
