beLoyalty is a loyalty program applied to all customers using services on Be application such on beBike, beCar, beDelivery, beFood, bTaxi, Insurance, Telco, Xanh SM Bike/Car,...
What do I need to join the beLoyalty program?
You will become a member of beLoyalty program after successfully registering a Be account.
Earn bePoint for each service on: beBike, beCar, beDelivery, beShopping, beFood, beTaxi, Insurance and Mobile top-up.
How can I use bePoint to get a discount on beFood orders?
Step 1: Find a restaurant that allows the use of bePoint when placing a beFood order by
· Use filters
· Restaurants with bePoint discount labels
Step 2: Choose the restaurant and the dish the customer wants
Step 3: Select Use bePoint at the order payment step
Note:
1. bePoint is only discounted on the total value of the food, not on delivery fees.
2. bePoint will be refunded to the User's bePoint section if the order using bePoint discount is canceled/refunded.
3. The maximum number of bePoints used per order will depend on the bePoint discount campaign that restaurant has participated in.
4. For restaurants that do not participate in the bePoint campaign, the "Use bePoint" feature will be hidden at the order payment step.
