As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the performance of the key account management team. Your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with some strategic merchant while ensuring that your team members achieve their performance and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategy for partnership with key merchants, especially the one brings both top line and bottom line to platform
  • Actively engage with selected key merchants to build strong relationship and have JBP with them
  • Build strategy as well as deliver target for ads revenue target
  • Manage key merchants portfolio by empowering, helping, developing team members to achieve target together
  • Work closely with other stakeholders (market place, marketing, tech, supply, operations,…) to adapt strategy as well as execute strategy the best out of resources of the company
  • Actively find new partnership with sponsor for the Be platform but not limited to food only
  • Together with team member to dive the insights and from that could give recommendations to other team members
  • Develop team members and help them achieve their target as well
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Min 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (management/lead level). Experienced in Food Delivery is a must.
  • Relevant BA/BS/BEng degree.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in project management and managing internal/external stakeholders locally and regionally
  • Proven ability to blend business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex, multifaceted, win-win deals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English is a must
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively
  • Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment required
  • Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Creative & strong initiative

  • Sales driven and passionate
