- Analyze data, build dashboards, and support DS team in data analysis for ML/AI model building across Ride Hailing, Food, and Delivery sectors.
- Assist in writing weekly and monthly reports.
- Be an expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each of our markets and products.
- Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and identify targeted areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product,
engineering, operations, and marketing to deep dive on core issues and use data to find answers. - Research, develop, implement, and maintain forecasting models and decision
making models to improve business operations. - Enjoy working on key projects of BE such as dispatch, pricing, and delivery, dealing with large datasets, and discovering interesting insights while working with a highly skilled ML/AI team, providing valuable learning experiences.
The day-to-day activities: - Define, Measure and Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
- Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
- Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement
dashboards. - Being involved in key projects of BE such as dispatch, pricing, and delivery.
- Working with large datasets, uncovering many interesting insights.
- The team’s high proficiency in ML/AI offers great learning opportunities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science or
Economics. - 1-3 years relevant work experience in an analytics or insights related role.
- Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
- Experience with BigQuery, SuperSet or Redash, Python visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau, Power BI or a similar visualization tool a plus.
- Results and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
