Job Purpose:
Responsible for demand forecasting and burn strategy across all marketplace verticals at Be Group. Designs and manages investment allocation to ensure every dollar spent delivers maximum ROI, maintains demand vs. supply balance, and partners with product and business teams to drive sustainable growth and competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Build demand forecasts by city, vertical, and time slot; develop scenario-based models to assess investment impact.
- Design and execute burn and incentive allocation frameworks by vertical/city/hour, optimizing cost-to-serve and ROI while balancing growth and profitability.
- Monitor daily/weekly burn performance, flag budget variances, and recommend trade-offs between short-term growth and long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with Data squad for forecast accuracy, with Vertical management for alignment, and with Supply Economics, Marketing, Business Development and Operation for ROI-driven campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis (pricing structures, promotions, new service models) to inform planning and strategy.
- Develop dashboards for real-time tracking of demand and spend, identify risks of under/overspend, and lead post-mortems on investment-heavy campaigns.

- 4-6 years of experience in demand planning, investment strategy, or data-driven growth (preferably in e-commerce, ride-hailing, or logistics).
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel/SQL, BI tools, and statistical methods.
- Proven track record managing promotion budgets and optimizing ROI of spend.
- Solid business acumen to balance growth, burn, and profitability.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
