The Digital Marketing Analyst should understand various digital touch points, drive the digital experience and highly effective digital campaigns. This job requires critical thinking, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills to work directly with cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities:
Channel Performance Analysis:
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid and organic marketing channels. Identify cost-effective opportunities to scale and improve efficiency across channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates, etc.).
User CLV & Segmentation:
– Analyze customer lifetime value across different cohorts, segments, and campaigns to inform strategy and maximize long-term revenue.
Demand Incremental & Attribution:
– Assess incremental new demand generated through paid media, and other marketing efforts. Work closely with Data and Product to improve measurement methodologies.
Marketing Efficiency Projects:
– Identify and implement new processes or automation that improve tracking, reporting, and decision-making speed for the marketing team.
Dashboards & Reporting:
– Maintain and improve marketing dashboards to reflect real-time performance, budget burns, CAC, ROAS, and key growth KPIs.
Incentive & Promotion Analysis:
– Work closely with Campaign and Ops teams to analyze effectiveness of all campaign types. Provide insights and recommendations for better targeting and spend allocation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
– Partner with BI, Finance, Product, and Ops teams to align on metrics, unblock challenges, and ensure shared understanding of campaign outcomes.
New Initiatives Support:
– Support in launching new products, new campaign types across Marketing channels, and new growth campaigns with data-backed analysis and performance forecasting.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science or Economics.
  • Experience with tracking platforms: Google Analytics / Firebase, Appsflyer, Insider is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Vietnamese)
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL
  • Experience using R, Python or other tools for statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau, Power BI or a similar visualization tool a plus.
  • Results and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Great work ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude.
