Role Overview: Own the end-to-end quality and intelligence of AI agents, including prompt design, tool/skill design, knowledge structuring, and overall agent behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end AI agent intelligence, including prompt design, tool/skill design, knowledge structuring, and overall agent behavior
- Design and optimize advanced prompts (multi-turn, system prompt, few-shot, chain-of-thought) for domain-specific use cases
- Build and define agent architectures (e.g., ReAct, COSTAR), including when to call tools vs respond directly
- Design tool schemas (input/output) and develop skill instructions for complex, multi-step workflows
- Integrate with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude), handling streaming, function calling, and edge cases (rate limits, timeouts, context overflow)
- Evaluate agent performance and implement guardrails to reduce hallucination and prevent out-of scope behavior
- Structure and curate domain knowledge / ontology to improve reasoning accuracy
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems, enabling collaboration, task distribution, and context sharing
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
- 4–6+ years of experience in AI/ML or related domains, with hands-on experience in LLM-based systems
- Strong hands-on experience in advanced prompt engineering and agent-based systems
- Deep understanding of LLM behavior, limitations, and multi-step reasoning
- Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude or similar), including tool-use / function calling
- Ability to design end-to-end agent workflows, from prompt to execution
- Experience in tool/skill design and building complex AI-driven workflows
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and guardrails for AI systems
- Experience with knowledge structuring / ontology design is a strong advantage
- Exposure to multi-agent systems or real-world AI applications is preferred
