Job Responsibilities
Merchant management:
- Support Merchant business with operational initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants
- Support Merchant to on-board in beFood
- Troubleshoot issues that affect Merchant business.
Category Management:
- Collaborate with the other divisions
- Analyze, report performance, and suggest improving actions.
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate ideas
- Plan and implement development strategies for product categories
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Your Skills & Experiences
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
- Excellent merchant relationship skills
- 2+years of experience in the sales/business development, F&B industry background is big plus.
- Ability to report and analyze the situation based on data
Personal Qualification:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Spoken and written English skills of conversational level
- Negotiation skills
- Work independently with minimum supervisor
- University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields
