Job Responsibilities

Merchant management: 

  • Support Merchant business with operational initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants
  • Support Merchant to on-board in beFood
  • Troubleshoot issues that affect Merchant business.

Category Management: 

  • Collaborate with the other divisions
  • Analyze, report performance, and suggest improving actions.
  • Research competitors and suggest appropriate ideas
  • Plan and implement development strategies for product categories
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Your Skills & Experiences

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

  • Excellent merchant relationship skills
  • 2+years of experience in the sales/business development, F&B industry background is big plus.
  • Ability to report and analyze the situation based on data

Personal Qualification:  

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Spoken and written English skills of conversational level
  • Negotiation skills
  • Work independently with minimum supervisor
  • University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields
