Job Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of prioritized KPI metrics that lead to revenue and profitability for beFood, and define the right solution to achieve incremental results
  • Discover business problem and growth opportunities in the business metrics by exploring business data, transaction data and merchant insights
  • Validate, consolidate, oversee commercial planning
  • Directly work with stakeholders to define strategic priorities, key drivers and implementation timeline
  • Optimize and automate solutions by leveraging data sciences resources
  • Present experiment and campaign insight to team to drive business and strategic decision making on feature prioritization and impact analysis
  • Work closely with sales team and campaign team to monitor commercial performance, support, analyze gaps and opportunities to achieve targets
  • Support developing commercial know – how and guide, helping to improve sales execution and productivity
  • Set and prepare sales KPI report at the individual level
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Your Skills & Experiences

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience (for analytics role) or experience in business strategy, growth.
  • Experience in Marketplace, Food Delivery or other technology companies is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, an end – to – end the problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in increments and exponents
  • Experienced with SQL and comfortable working with large data set
  • Attention to details, able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Be very organized and communicate well
