Launch of beShopping

beShopping is a shopping assistance service, helping consumers save time of travelling, shopping while staying at home and get goods delivered to the doors.
I. About the service
Understanding the needs of users those want to buy daily necessities of life and have them delivered straight to their doorstep, Be launched a new service “Be shopping” to help customers save time to go shopping, which partly contributes convenience in users’ daily lives.
The service will be available in all provinces and cities in which currently have beBike service (Ho Chi Minh city, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Can Tho, Dong Nai, Nha Trang) and start to be available from 04/03/2020.”
“Be Shopping” applies different payment method including cash, card and company account.
II. Fares
The fee shown on the app is the total trip fare including the delivery fee and surcharges that users have to pay for a driver, including the value added tax (VAT) with specifications listed as below:

Besides the fee displayed on the app, user must pay a driver the total value of goods that has been bought for them. The amount of the money is equal to the value on a receipt which cannot be over 1,000,000 VND.
To avoid confusion in the value of goods, it is encouraged that users and drivers negotiate about shopping locations where can print retail receipts such as convenience stores, supermarkets, grocery stores, large pharmacies. Drivers will keep retail receipts after shopping and users will pay back to drivers base on that.
Be Shopping” service’s Guideline for users
Step 1: The user selects “Be Shopping”, reads and accepts the terms used on the app. Then user enters the shopping location.
Step 2: The user taps on “Add” to select the products need to be bought by driver. List of goods should be arranged from the high to low priority. The total value of the products should be not over 1 million VND
Step 3: Then, the customer checks and agrees the fees (excluding the total value of goods which will be bought as user’s need). Tap on “Booking”
Step 4: The system will connect the customer’s booking request to an appropriate rider.
Step 5: The driver will contact the user to confirm the service then go to the shopping place.
Other Notes
A shopping place may be changed due to various reasons (e.g. closed store/supermarket, ; goods that need to be bought were sold out, under qualitative products,…), all of which will change the service fees. Therefore, users and drivers should understand that regarding the changing location case, the user and driver will have to agree on arising costs and the payment method (if any).
In case of non-negotiable situations, a driver has the right to cancel the order provided with the condition that the cancellation is clearly notified to the user. At the same time, the driver must explain the cancellation reasons on Be app before canceling the order.
